Anna Misiewicz
With over eight years of experience in education and language support, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to MiKo Empowerment. As a second-language speaker herself, she understands the challenges of navigating language barriers in both the workplace and daily life. Anna’s mission is to empower businesses and individuals by delivering tailored ESOL training programs and providing interpreting and benefit support services. Her leadership focuses on creating inclusive environments where employees feel valued and businesses can increase productivity.
Justyna Kosiorek
Justyna is a highly motivated professional with more than 20 years of experience in customer service, education, and interpreting. She believes in the power of lifelong learning and aims to make a meaningful impact on both businesses and individuals in the local community. By offering flexible and high-quality ESOL classes, interpreting services, and benefit support, Justyna helps bridge communication gaps and empowers people to access essential resources. She is also passionate about community development and working collaboratively to improve local workforce integration
MiKo Empowerment serves businesses in the West Midlands by providing tailored ESOL training, designed to improve communication and productivity in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and warehousing. We also offer interpreting and benefit support services to individuals who need assistance navigating complex systems such as healthcare, public benefits, and financial assistance.
