Our Mentoring Services provide youth with one-on-one guidance and support from experienced professionals and community leaders. Mentors serve as role models, offering advice, encouragement, and career advice as students navigate their personal and professional development. These relationships help build confidence, increase accountability, and provide valuable insights into the beauty industry and beyond. Through our mentoring program, youth gain access to networking opportunities, job shadowing experiences, and advice on how to achieve success both in their careers and in life. We pair each participant with a mentor who matches their career interests, fostering a supportive and empowering relationship that lasts beyond the program.
