All services offered by RISE are scripturally sound, we ensure that everything we teach aligns with God’s Word—if it doesn’t, we don’t deliver the content! We see our services as not only adding value to others but also serving as a subtle evangelism tool. We truly believe that if we can get in front of people, whether one-on-one or in groups, live or virtual, we can impart the love of God and His wisdom while planting seeds for those who don’t yet have a relationship with Jesus.

Pattie Klewer has been saved and on fire for God since age 18. She has served at her church for over 27 years as a full-time administrative assistant to the executive pastor, as well as co-leading the Singles Ministry at New Covenant Church (Longview) with her husband, Paul Klewer. The singles ministry began in 1995 with 10 singles meeting weekly for Bible study and steadily grew to over 80 singles attending regular gatherings for food, fellowship, worship, and teaching. After her husband’s passing in 2020, Pattie continued leading the Thrive Singles Ministry for another three years. She remains involved in its oversight, ensuring regular fellowship and worship gatherings continue.
Teresa Kilpatrick met Pattie and her husband, Paul, as a recent widow in 1994. At the time, she was a non-believer, but through personal discipleship and exposure to other believers in the church and singles ministry, she developed a hunger for God and a passion to learn His Word. She became actively involved in the singles ministry and the church, serving in various roles, including Financial Council member, budgeting and finances for the singles and adult education ministries, sound and media, and cooking for both singles ministry and church events.
