Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer the following options:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Quality Concerns – If you believe there is a quality issue with your coffee or chocolate, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request details or a sample for review. If we find the product does not meet our quality standards, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products not purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers
  • Orders reported after the 7-day window

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and may be provided as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
